• How do you handle last-minute requests?

  We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. Maybe guests show up who you didn’t expect, or something you ordered from someone else never arrives. We will have staff on hand to assist you with unexpected situations, and we will discuss anything requested at the last minute during our meetings.

• Will someone from your staff be on hand during the event?

  Staff presence varies by event. In many cases, team members are available to assist with drop-off and setup, but on-site facility tours are not included in standard event staffing. If you need dedicated staffing beyond drop-off or would like to discuss specific on-site support, please reach out so we can confirm availability for your event.

• Can I take a tour of your facility, including the kitchen?

  Yes, we would love to show you around. Contact us to discuss meeting for a look around our banquet hall. We make sure our kitchen is always kept up to date on the latest health codes. Should your event be held at a separate location, you will need to contact them to arrange a tour of their facility.

• Will I be given a written proposal for my event?

  Yes. After we have taken the time to discuss all your event needs and have nailed down your menu, we will send you a final proposal outlining your food selections and any other services you will receive.

• Can I request something that may not be on your menu?

  As a premier catering company, we strive to please our clients every time. Should you want something that is not on our menu, we are always open to discussing making the dish you want.

Food

Our menus are individually designed to suit the season, the occasion, or your budget—choose from our sample menus or work with us to craft a custom menu from scratch. We emphasize top-quality ingredients, including fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as the finest meats, seafood, and pastas. Desserts are provided free of charge.

Location

With over 40 years of experience catering at a wide range of venues, we can recommend sites that fit your event and coordinate all catering logistics to ensure a smooth execution. We are currently partnered with Signature Bar at Conesus as their exclusive event caterer.

Waitstaff

Our professional waitstaff manages service from start to finish with a courteous, attentive presence and a keen eye for presentation, ensuring your event runs smoothly and looks exceptional.

Liquor and Beverages

We offer a fully licensed beverage service with a selection of wines, champagne, domestic and imported beers, and liquors. Professional bartenders are available to staff your event.

Decor and Presentation

We deliver polished, thoughtful presentations with close attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that complements your event and leaves a memorable impression on your guests.

Rentals

We arrange necessary rentals—including china, linens, tables, chairs, and other items—to ensure your event is fully equipped and cohesive in style.

Personal Attention and Planning

From initial meetings and tastings to on-site planning and day-of coordination, we work closely with you to select food and beverages, determine presentation style and staffing levels, and incorporate any special touches. At the end of the event, we return the venue to its pre-event condition.
